Aidara works with third-party logistics providers and, in some cases, international suppliers.

The estimated delivery time for orders within Mexico is 5 to 8 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Aidara’s control, including:

• carrier delays  
• payment verification  
• operational issues  
• customs processes (when applicable)  
• force majeure events  

Aidara does not guarantee exact delivery dates but will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about their order status.


SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout unless a free shipping promotion is explicitly stated on the website.

In the case of free shipping promotions, these may be subject to specific conditions, which will be clearly indicated on the website or within the promotion.


SHIPPING COVERAGE

Currently, Aidara ships within Mexico.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping conditions, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination.


ORDER TRACKING

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete contact and shipping information.

Aidara is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete address or the recipient’s absence, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the package is returned by the carrier for these reasons, Aidara may offer:

• reshipment with an additional cost, or  
• a partial refund, deducting applicable logistical and operational expenses  


DELAYS IN DELIVERY

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur beyond our control.

Aidara is not responsible for delays caused by:

• shipping carriers  
• logistical congestion  
• weather conditions  
• operational or customs issues  
• force majeure events

DELIVERED ORDERS

If the tracking status indicates that the order has been delivered, it will be considered fulfilled by Aidara and the carrier.

If you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

• checking with others at your address  
• reviewing entry points, reception areas, or security  
• contacting the shipping carrier directly  
• reaching out to us at contacto@aidara.shop for assistance  

Aidara does not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered, unless further verification is possible.


LOST PACKAGES

If an order is lost in transit and this can be confirmed through tracking information, Aidara will review the case and determine a reasonable solution, which may include:

• reshipment (subject to product availability), or  
• a full or partial refund  


DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• order number  
• description of the issue  
• clear photos of the product and packaging  

Based on the evaluation, Aidara may offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

This may occur due to product availability, logistics origin, or supplier differences.

By placing an order, the customer accepts this possibility.


CHANGES TO SHIPPING TIMES
